Get your Home Flowing: Intro Package
Recommended for first-time clients as an introduction to organizing

This starter package is a great introduction to working with an organizer. It is perfectly tailored to complete an organizing project and establish longer term goals as desired. The following services take place on the same day and include:

  • An in-home assessment (30-45 minutes). Our in-home assessment allows us to see patterns where clutter is building up and where flow can be improved. Together, we will determine what is working and what is not, then create a strategic plan.

  • 2.5-3 hours of hands-on organizing services, which includes purging, sorting, labeling, organizing, and loading donations.

  • One van load of items to be dropped of at local community donation center. This is free service as part of the intro package (a trip to the dump is available for an added fee).

  • Basic supplies such as garbage bags, boxes and labels are provided.

Cost: $325

Residential Organizing Services
For established clients

Once you have started with the Intro Package, you can continue to work with us at our hourly rate. We will help organize any area of your home, including but not limited to the following spaces:

  • Residential living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, lounging spaces and the kitchen

  • Storage areas, including the garage, attic, basement and storage units

  • Home offices, which includes paper organization, filing systems and mail processing

  • Craft rooms and tool storage

Together, we will make decisions about what deserves space in your home and what you are ready to part with. Once the home is free of clutter, we put organizing systems in place to bring you a new sense of peace and freedom. Cost: $88-$92/hr- Additional $50 for vanload of items taken to donation.

Price varies based on number of hours booked and location- 3 hr onsite minimum

Open the Flood Gates - 90-Minute Quick Purge Package
Great for new and established clients!

Do you have items in your home that you are ready to part with, but you need some extra help getting them out the door? For a quick purge we jump right in. This is a good place to start if you need to remove clutter before you can even consider implementing organizational strategies. This package includes the following:

  • Up to 2 hours going through your home, boxing/bagging items that you know you want to get rid of

  • One van load of items to be dropped of at local community donation center (a trip to the dump is available for an added fee)

  • Basic supplies such as garbage bags and boxes are provided

Flowing to a New Space
Moving and Downsizing Services

Getting ready for a big move? Downsizing to a smaller home?  Let Function&Flow help. We can make this often difficult transition flow more smoothly, allowing you to minimize stress as you move, and maximize immediate enjoyment of your new space. We offer the following moving and downsizing services:

  • Pre-packing: Includes a complete decluttering of what you don’t want to take to your new home. This saves you time and money to unnecessarily pack, move and unpack items that you don’t want in the first place. Includes a single van load of items taken to donation.

  • Packing: We’ll help you neatly pack and label your boxes for easy and organized unloading and unpacking.

  • Unpacking Services: Starting fresh in a new space is an excellent time to set up organizational systems that will stay in place and prevent clutter buildup.

  • Downsizing Services: Moving into a smaller space or downsizing the home you're already in? Together we will work with you to make decisions about family memorabilia and sentimental items. We will provide you with excellent resources for consignment, recycling, junk-hauling and donations.
